The machine is compact in design and features both laminating and metal foiling functions. It offers in-house decorative solution to turning ordinary printed material into exquisite pieces for both digital on-demand application and traditional lithographic offset prints. It has an electronic control device to control roller pressure and heating temperature during lamination and metal foiling process depending on variables such as operation speed, paper thickness and design patterns etc. to achieve optimal results. It has been proven an excellent plate-free hot stamping and laminating machine to add great values to customers. Customers have also great options for laminating films and metal foils to meet with their decorative requirements. It is equipped with an extended paper feeding table for banners and extra-long printed materials.

Product Features

The system has unique pulse snapping film separation system. The edges of the laminate are first micro-perforated, then laminated sheet will be broken off by the pneumatic punching rollers triggered by pre-programmed snapping burst rate to achieve easy paper separation with neat edges. The system has a semi-automatic feeder continuously feeding sheets, reducing paper mis-feeding errors. The system is equipped with an anti-curling device ensuring sheets of various types staying flat during laminating or metal foiling process. The system has a control system adjusting heating temperature and pressure of pneumatic roller applied on the being laminated sheet to achieve a better adhesion between the laminate and paper. The system is ingeniously design with hot stamping roller assembly allowing for laminating film roll and metal foiling film roll to be loaded simultaneously. This unique design makes lamination process and metal foiling process switch back and forth with great convenience. The system has a touchscreen with an intuitive interface program providing easy control of operational speed and temperature.
