Simple Printing Process

Single-color Printing

1.Plate Making: Transfer the monochrome design file to PS plate via plate-making machine, and finish the process through development and fixing. The plate can be installed directly and reused for thousands of sheets.
2.Printing: Put paper into the automatic feeding tray, adjust ink volume and pressure slightly, then start the machine. The whole process is automatic with only 1–2 operators needed.
3.Finished Product: Take out printed paper from the delivery tray; no extra correction is needed, and it can directly enter cutting, binding and other post-press processes.

Color Printing

1.Plate Making: Produce four separate CMYK plates, one color per plate, the same process as monochrome plate making.
2.Overprinting: Install four color plates in sequence and conduct four precise overprinting steps to ensure no ghosting or color distortion.
3.Finished Product: After four overprintings, high-quality color products are finished, with effect comparable to professional multi-color machines.
3.Finished Product: Take out printed paper from the delivery tray; no extra correction is needed, and it can directly enter cutting, binding and other post-press processes.
