The High-Speed Four-Color Sheet-fed offset printing press is a premium four-color cut-sheet offset printing press produced by Weihai Printing Machinery Co. Ltd. It is suitable for printing on A1 and larger sheet formats, and can efficiently produce almost all medium to high-end commercial and packaging printing products with excellent quality, such as self-adhesive labels, high-end business cards, brochures, book covers, and color inserts.

High-Speed Four-Color Sheet-fed offset printing press is a four-color high-speed cut-sheet offset printing press, designed and manufactured by Weihai Printing Machinery Co., Ltd. It is applicable for printing on large paper size of A1 format and above. The maximum paper size that the press can transport is 920mm x 625mm with a maximum printing area of 900mm x 615mm. This four-color press is specifically designed to meet the requirements of most printing products in the market.

The press utilizes high-precision bearings from well-known brands, adopts a design of 7 o'clock cylinder arrangement and a double-diameter impression cylinder and transfer cylinders, which greatly improves print quality and enables it to handle a wider range of substrates, especially those of thicker stock. It can process paper thicknesses ranging from 0.04mm thin paper to 0.6mm thick cardboard. Furthermore, it is equipped with a microcomputer control system and a touch screen with an intuitive user interface, allowing for smart programming of settings and parameters as well as real-time monitoring and diagnosis of the printing process. Product Features

1)The press has a heavy-duty mechanical structure consisting of cast iron integral base, side plates, and rollers. This robust structure guarantees high strength and rigidity as well as excellent wear resistance and shock absorption capacity, ensuring stable and smooth operation at high speeds and consistent printing pressure throughout the process.

3)The High-Speed Four-Color Sheet-fed offset printing press is designed with an advanced structure including 7 o'clock roller arrangement and double-diameter impression and paper transfer rollers, which is specially tailored to meet the requirements of printing on thick paper stocks.
4)The remote control function for paper registration equips operators with an automatic tool to perform fine position adjustments of the printing plate in horizontal and diagonal directions, making the image alignment and registration process quick and convenient.
5)The press adopts a modular design approach; each printing tower is equipped with an independent wall panel and machine base, allowing for flexible configuration of printing units. This design enables interchangeability between printing units, thus saving energy consumption.

6)Paper transport belts rotating on a vacuum suction feeding table ensure reliable and smooth paper transport. Changing paper of different sizes only requires simple adjustment of the positions of brushes and rollers, which significantly reduces machine down time.
7)The rotation of the ink fountain roller and dampening system is synchronized with the printing speed, driven by a motor and controlled by a logic program to ensure a stable supply of ink and dampening solution.
