Large A3 High-Speed Four-Color Sheet-fed Printing Offset Printing Press is designed to be composed of high-performance modules including high-precision rollers and gears, a robust paper feeding mechanism, a high precision paper registration system and a stable ink supply system. The press meets market requirements of high-quality, high-efficiency and cost-effective cut-sheet color printing. It can handle a broad thickness range of paper from thin paper (0.04mm) to thick cardboard (0.4mm). It is equipped with a touchscreen control loaded with an intuitive programming interface for smart adjustment of settings and printing parameters.

Product Features

1.Paper transport mechanisms such as paper feeding head, the vacuum suction paper feeding table, front guide, and paper grippers ensures that the press can transport papers of various thickness.

2.Plate mounting mechanism has a quick positioning device and tensioning device, which makes plate loading easy and convenient, therefore shortening the plate changeover time and improving work efficiency.

3.The press has a continuous paper feeding module connected to a vacuum suction table on which three rotating paper transporting belts are installed. Such paper transporting system can reliably transport various types of papers of broad thickness.

4.The press has a heavy-duty mechanical structure consisting of cast iron integral base, side plates, and rollers. This robust structure gives high strength and rigidity as well as excellent capacity of wear-resistant and shock-absorbing to the press, which guarantees that the press runs steady and smooth during high-speed operation and maintains consistent printing pressure during the process.
5.The swing-arm paper feeding and paper transfer mechanisms both adopt a high-point closed-jaw structure, which moves the paper sheet precisely and reliably through the various printing units.
6.The use of double-diameter impression cylinders and triple-diameter transfer cylinders reduces the number of paper transfers and therefore improves the precision of paper registration.
7.The plate cylinder and blanket cylinder on bearer rings ensure that the press produces high quality output and runs steady and smooth at high speed.
8.High-precision bearings and high-precision grounded helical gears guarantees steady and smooth movement transmission.
9.Chromed plated printing cylinders offer excellent wear resistance and extend equipment lifespan, therefore reduce daily maintenance costs.
10.Safety devices are embedded in many mechanisms such plate mounting, plate cleaning, protective covers, safety guards, and door adjustment, this is to ensure the safety of both the operator and the machine.
11.Pneumatic control of the clutch and clutch pressure ink rollers makes the machine's operation more reliable and stable.
12.Plate position adjustment in three directions Longitudinal, transverse, and diagonal achieves a micro-adjustment of 0.01mm incremental, which saves great time in commissioning the system before operation.

13.The paper delivery module has air nozzles and suction wheels installed, this guarantees paper delivery process in quality at both high and lows peed printing.

14.Semi-automatic ink roller cleaning system is easy to use, it shortens ink rollers cleaning process, speeds up ink color changes, therefore reducing the workload and improving production efficiency.
15.The press is using alcohol dampening technology to provide continuous and stable water supply, which controls the ink-water balance during printing with precision.
16.The embedded automatic water volume tracking device is used to help adjust the water volume in function to the operation speed.
